Refund policy
1. Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
During this period, if the product fails due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, we will provide free repair or replacement upon presentation of valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation, or receipt).
2. Exclusions (Non-Warranty Coverage)
The warranty does not cover:
1. Natural wear and tear, including cosmetic damage and padding materials
2. Damage caused by improper use (e.g., disassembly, water exposure, misuse, or human-caused damage)
3. Failure to follow the product instructions or manual
4. Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, fire, etc.)
5. Products beyond the warranty period
If repair is required under the above circumstances, materials and labour costs will be charged accordingly.
